At Total Homes and Developments we do not believe in standard house types, because every environment is different. Each of our developments, large or small, is carefully crafted by our in-house design team to be sympathetic to its surroundings and influences.

THD keep sustainability at the core of its operations, recognising that not only the moral obligation but the financial impact of non- conformance with the sustainability legislation.
THD have devised a management system which fundamentally delivers a sustainable project whether local councils have stipulated code for sustainable homes or not.
We have achieved this by education and generating awareness throughout the teams and supply chain of the need for sustainability, new technologies, product selection/resourcing and latest local and national government legislation.
It is the priority of Total Homes and Developments to achieve a working environment which is free of work related accidents and ill–health. The key activity that anyone can do to reduce and eliminate is training. THD are fully committed to ensuring that every person who has a part to play within our projects have the relevant and correct training.
All our employees can openly contribute actively towards safety reporting and this is strongly encouraged through effective communication. We employ an external Health & Safety consultancy that undertakes regular site audits and keep us updated with any significant changes that we need to be aware of.
