Message from the Managing Director.

With 30 years of experience within the Construction Industry, I have developed an in depth knowledge in both Construction Management and Residential development strategy. This has embedded in the company ethos which can be reflected in the management practises and procedures that are adopted and implemented.

With a firm understanding that the development industry has many associated risks, we will always assess each and every risk involved with each Total Homes and Developments project to ensure that all stakeholders interests are protected and delivered upon. This has allowed Total Homes and Developments to remain on site throughout the recent financial crisis and thoroughly prepared to maximise returns now that the housing market has returned to the pre-crisis buoyant state. Whether developing privately, or working in partnership with Housing Associations and the Greater London Authority, Total Homes and Developments always strive to deliver projects on time, on budget and to create homes people will continue to enjoy for many years.
